Hello, and welcome to the pack!
We’re Jo and David, the humans behind The Ares Chronicles. The four-legged star is Ares, our standard schnauzer, who has a knack for turning everyday moments into a story.
We’re excited to open the doors to our new website: a home for our comics, adventures and a little schnauzer-inspired merch. It’s a small beginning, and we’re looking forward to sharing it with you.
Next adventure: Sandy Cape
We’re getting excited about our upcoming trip to Sandy Cape. We can’t wait to get away together and see what stories the adventure brings.
While we count down, there’s already a little imagined campsite mischief to enjoy: our animated Sandy Cape preview. It’s a fictional taste of Ares’s world, rather than footage from the trip—and lunch may not be safe.
Start with a little dog logic
Our first comic, Opposable thumbs, mate, introduces the division of responsibilities in our pack: David handles the lead. Ares handles the logic.
If you’ve ever suspected your dog has you perfectly trained, this one might feel familiar.
